This site is designed to be data-conscious. Depending on how you use it, the following data may be processed.

Freya chat content. When you use Freya, your message and the previous conversation context are sent to the chat function so an answer can be generated. Personal data may be included if you type it into the chat yourself.

In the default setup, raw chats are not permanently stored in this site's own database. The conversation can, however, produce rough structured signals such as start phase, business type, searched tool category, approximate budget range or relevant next steps.

Start plan and private link. When you use the 7-question start plan, your structured answers, the generated plan and a private access token can be stored. This private link can reopen the plan later, so only share it with people who may see the plan.

Affiliate and provider clicks. If you click a provider link, the server can record which provider and broad category were clicked. You are then redirected to the provider. From that point on, the provider's own privacy policy also applies.

CTA, guide and navigation signals. Basic interaction events can be recorded to improve the start plan, guide surfaces and recommendation logic. These signals are meant to be coarse and product-related, not a detailed personal profile.

There are no user accounts, no newsletter signup and no contact form on this site.

Data is processed to provide the chat, create and reopen the start plan, improve recommendation logic, secure the website, operate hosting and redirects, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis can be Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (requested service), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operation, security and improvement), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations) or consent where required.

AI providers. For Freya, chat messages, structured profile data and, if available, a short start plan context can be sent server-side to the configured AI provider so an answer can be generated.

Anthropic is intended as the primary AI provider for this site. OpenAI can be used as a technical fallback if Anthropic is not available or the configuration chooses it. API keys are never sent to your browser.

Please do not enter sensitive data into the chat unless it is really necessary for your question.

The site can be hosted by Vercel. Standard server and security logs may be created during operation.

Supabase can be used to store structured start plan answers, private start plan tokens, coarse recommendation signals, technical funnel events and affiliate click events.

If you click a provider or affiliate link, you leave this website. The respective provider or affiliate partner may then process its own data, such as visit, click, browser or contract data.

Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

To exercise your rights, write to the email address named in this privacy policy or in the legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, Art. 77 GDPR. Usually, the authority of your federal state is responsible.

Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider's technical and security rules. AI provider retention depends on the terms and abuse-monitoring rules of the provider actually used.

Start plan data and private access tokens are stored for as long as the private start plan link is provided. Structured founder signals and affiliate clicks can be kept as long as they are useful for product improvement, partner accounting or legal documentation.
