- Bei persönlicher Anzeige: Personalausweis oder Reisepass.
- Bei Vertretung: Vollmacht mit Personalausweis des Antragstellers und des Bevollmächtigten sowie ausgefuellter und unterschriebener Vordruck zur Gewerbeanmeldung.
- Bei juristischen Personen: Registerauszug beziehungsweise Gesellschafterbeschluss und Anmeldung beim Amtsgericht, notariell beurkundeter Gründungsvertrag sowie gegebenenfalls Vollmacht der Gründer.
Gebühren
Amt Gramzow nennt: natuerliche Person 26,00 EUR; juristische Person mit einem gesetzlichen Vertreter 31,00 EUR; jeder weitere gesetzliche Vertreter 13,00 EUR; bei Ausschank alkoholischer Getraenke Erhoehung um 8,00 EUR je natuerlicher Person und gesetzlichem Vertreter.
