Vertretungsvollmacht bei Anzeige für eine andere Person.
Bei überwachungsbedürftigen Tätigkeiten nach Paragraph 38 GewO zusaetzlich Führungszeugnis und Gewerbezentralregisterauszug beziehungsweise Nachweis der Beantragung.

Gebühren nach niedersaechsischer AllGO Nr. 40.1.2.1 je nach Zeitaufwand; laut Portal hoechstens 43,00 EUR, derzeit im Regelfall 30,00 EUR.
