- Notariell beurkundeter Gesellschaftsvertrag beziehungsweise Handelsregisterauszug und Zustimmung der Gesellschafter, soweit einschlägig.
- Schriftliche Vollmacht, wenn die Anmeldung nicht durch den Gewerbetreibenden selbst erfolgt.
- Beiblatt Vertretungsberechtigte.
